Check that the washer/dryer door is securely shut and locked (for washers only).
Check the balance on your laundry card to ensure there is enough money on the card to start the washer/dryer. If not, add enough money to the card to start the washer/dryer.
For urgent issues when no attendant is on duty, please call or text (802) 775-9775 for assistance.
All calls or texts received to our monitored phone line during normal business hours will be returned within an hour.
For non-urgent matters, please use the Trouble Report forms located throughout the laundromat to report laundromat issues. The completed forms can be deposited in the Trouble Report box by the office door. We will contact you in regards to your report as needed or requested, as well as address any refund that may be due.
